Streszczenie
Artykuł podejmuje problem interdyscyplinarności w kontekście medycyny i jej historii. Prezentowana jest współczesna dyskusja na temat interdyscyplinarności obejmująca jej naturę w odróżnieniu od ujęć wielodyscyplinowych i transdyscyplinowych oraz wybrane typologie. Przyjęta w pracy koncepcja interdyscyplinarności zakłada monodyscyplinarność, czyli uzna-nie autonomii metodologicznej dyscyplin naukowych. Wskazuje się jednak na obszary wiedzy, które są interdyscyplinarne w tym sensie, że są miejscem integracji odrębnych dziedzin, co doprowadza do uformowania się nowych dyscyplin takich jak astrofizyka czy fizyka medyczna. Medycyna jest interdyscyplinarna w sensie metodologicznym i integrującym. Kontekstualnie interdyscyplinarne są jej metanauki takie jak historia, filozofia czy ekonomia medycyny.
Summary
The paper deals with the problem of interdisciplinarity in science with respect to medicine. I present the very nature of interdisciplinarity and its selected typologies, as compared to multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary approaches. It is assumed that properly understood inter-disciplinarity entails methodological autonomy of disciplines (monodisciplinarity). However, it can be shown that specific fields of human knowledge are interdisciplinary in the very sense, that they integrate selected disciplines in order to form new autonomous disciplines as astro-physics or medical physics. at is the case with medicine. It is interdisciplinary in the methodological and integrating sense. Contextually interdisciplinary are its metasciences, such as history, philosophy, and economy of medicine.
