Streszczenie
Kluczową rolę w życiu państwa odgrywa efektywne funkcjonowanie systemu finansowego, co daje możliwość rozwiązywania problemów wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych, pokazuje stabilność struktur państwa. Skuteczność działania takiego systemu zależy w dużej mierze od struktury władz finansowych, przejrzystości podziału ich uprawnień. W Imperium Rosyjskim funkcjonowanie systemu organów finansowych było dość długim procesem, którego kluczowe wydarzenia rozegrały się w XIX w.
Summary
The effective functioning of the financial system plays a key role in the life of the state, which gives the opportunity to solve internal and external problems, and shows the stability of the country. e effectiveness of such a system depends to a large extent on the structure of the financial authorities, the transparency of the distribution of their powers. In the Russian Empire, the functioning of the system of financial authorities was a fairly long process, the key events of which took place in the 19th century.
