W artykule zaprezentowano działalność parafii rzymskokatolickiej w Krasnodarze/Jekaterynodarze w latach dwudziestych i trzydziestych XX w. Zarysowano również historię budowy
kościoła, przedstawiono proboszczów oraz omówiono strukturę etniczną społeczności katolickiej w mieście, na którą składali się początkowo przede wszystkim Polacy, od końca zaś
XIX w. także Ormianie. Tekst skupia się na działalności kościoła w Krasnodarze w pierwszych
dwóch dziesięcioleciach po objęciu władzy na południu Rosji przez bolszewików, aż do czasu
zamknięcia kościoła w 1937 r. Główną bazą źródłową dla napisania artykułu stanowiły materiały archiwalne przechowywane w archiwum państwowym w Krasnodarze.
The article presents the activities of the Roman Catholic parish in Krasnodar/Yekaterinodar
in the 1920s and 1930s. It also outlines the history of the church’s construction, introduces the
parish priests and discusses the ethnic structure of the Catholic community in the city, which
initially consisted primarily of Poles and, from the late 19th century, also Armenians. The text
focuses on the activities of the Krasnodar church in the first two decades after the Bolsheviks
took power in southern Russia, until the church was closed in 1937. The article is based on the
archival materials stored in the Krasnodar State Archive.
